Transit and transfer passengers

When checking-in at the airport of departure a check-in agent issues two boarding passes for the flight arriving at Pulkovo airport (St. Petersburg) as well as for the connecting flight from Pulkovo to the airport of destination.

Baggage will be transferred directly on the next flight, new check-in is not required. Please, do not leave the airport transit / transfer area!

Upon arrival at Pulkovo Airport, you should follow the signs "Transfer to domestic flights" in order to pass the pre-flight inspection procedure and go to the boarding gate. Check the boarding gate number on the information board.

When checking in for a flight at the departure airport, two boarding passes are issued, both for a flight arriving at Sheremetyevo and for a connecting flight from Sheremetyevo to the destination airport.

Your baggage will be delivered to the next flight without your participation: it is not required to re-check in for a flight departing from Sheremetyevo Airport.

Upon arrival at Sheremetyevo Airport, you should follow the signs to the transfer counters and check in for a connecting flight (if you have not received a boarding pass for a connecting flight at the departure point). Then go up to the 3rd floor, pass the preflight inspection and go to the boarding gate. Check the boarding gate number on the information board.

Baggage will be transferred directly on the next flight, new check-in is not required.

Upon arrival at Domodedovo airport, please, follow the arrows “TRANSFER/TRANSIT”. Please, do not leave the airport transit / transfer area!

The end-to-end check-in service is provided on some airline transfer routes. At the initial destination, passengers are checked in to the transfer airport (transfer), as well as for the connecting (next) flight. In this case:

• You will be issued 2 boarding passes;

• Upon arrival at the transfer airport, you should go to the transfer passenger registration desks and check in for the connecting flight (if you have not received a boarding pass for the connecting flight at the departure point). Then go through the transfer area to the departure hall of international/ domestic airlines. Check the boarding gate number on the information board

When checking in for a flight at the departure airport, specify the possibility of baggage clearance to the final destination and the need to collect baggage at the transfer airport. If possible, the baggage will be checked in and delivered to the next flight without your participation.
