If the total duration of a policy or duration of the trip is changed (in case of ticket exchange for other departure dates or for another route), the insurance contract is not subject to change and is valid exclusively during the validity period specified in it and exclusively in relation to the insurance territory specified in it). The refund of the insurance premium under insurance contracts is made in the amount of 100% at the request of the Policyholder (Insured) if:
1. submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the insurance contract to the beginning of the insurance period;
2. submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the insurance contract to the date of expiration of the insurance contract inclusive, provided that there are no insured events in the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of filing the application;
3. submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the insurance contract to the date of expiration of the insurance contract or later, provided that the Insured has not used any of the segments of transportation issued in the same order with the insurance contract (policy).
4. submitted later than 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the insurance contract, provided that on the date of the application for termination of the insurance contract (policy), the insurance period has not begun.
The refund of the premium is not made if the application of the Policyholder (Insured) is submitted later than 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, while on the date of submission of the application, the contract has already begun or has already expired, except in cases when the trip of the insured did not take place (none of the flight segments of the carriage issued in the same order with the insurance contract (policy) was used).
Notice! If an application for termination is submitted later than the expiration of the insurance contract, the insurance premium is not refunded, except in cases when the insured’s trip did not take place (none of the flight segments of the carriage issued in the same order with the insurance contract (policy) was used).
Termination of the concluded insurance contract at the request of the Policyholder (unconditional refusal of transportation) is carried out on the basis of the application of the Policyholder.
