The service is available 24 hours a day on your laptop, tablet and phone.
To exchange a ticket on the official website of the Aircompany, please:
1. Enter the order details in the "Online booking" window in the "Check order" section.
2. Click the "Check" button.
3. click on the "Rebook" button at the bottom of the page (information about the order) and then continue the procedure for changing the conditions of carriage.
